Shipping is offered to the contiguous, lower 48 states of the U.S. only. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses or post office boxes.
Items ship via ground shipping methods unless otherwise specified in the product description. SportsFanItems.com makes every effort to ensure a timely delivery of your order. Delivery times may vary due to, but not limited to, your shipping address, product availability, periods of increased product demand such as holiday seasons, production times, back orders, inclement weather conditions, and/or other circumstances beyond the control of SportsFanItems.com. Please allow up to 10 days for receipt of your order, unless longer shipping times are disclosed in the product description. Certain items are produced as orders are received for those items; in this case the approximate shipping time will be disclosed in the product description. SportsFanItems.com will attempt to contact the customer via email with an approximate shipping time should an order be delayed due to production times.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policies
Returns will be accepted for the following reasons only:
-If the item was defective prior to shipping
-If the item number, and product received do not correspond
SportsFanItems.com reserves the right to ship the correct product to the customer once the incorrect product has been returned to us; in this case the customer must:
-Pay for any and all charges related to the return of the item.
-Receive a Return Goods Authorization number, RGA, from Sports Fan Items.com by emailing us at customerservice@sportsfanitems.com
-Return the item in its original packaging along with invoice showing item number and description to our company as directed by
customerservice@sportsfanitems.com.
When the above conditions are met, SportsFanItems.com will send the customer the correct product and reimburse the customer for return shipping
charges.
Refunds will only be given if the correct item is no longer available.
If an item is damaged during shipment, the customer must file a damage claim with the carrier.
SportsFanItems.com assumes no responsibility for damage due to the fault of the carrier nor will SportsFanItems.com assume responsibility for the carrier leaving a shipment in an unsecure or unsafe environment, or inclement weather conditions.
Shipments by usual ground methods may be tracked by the customer.
Cancellations: Once you have ordered an item you will not be able to cancel the order; therefore, SportsFanItems.com strongly urges all customers to pay very close attention to all items in their shopping basket/cart before submitting an order.
SportsFanItems.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time without showing reason or cause, and refund the customer the full amount of a whole order, or a partial amount if the refund is in reference to a portion of an order.
